Ken Fixler leads Barnett Capital’s single-family home investment division. On the equity side, Ken acts as the president of BCL-Home Rehab, a subsidiary of Barnett Capital engaged in the purchase, redevelopment and resale of single-family homes throughout the Chicagoland area. Prior to his work at Barnett Capital, Ken founded and ran a company that specialized in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of commercial and mixed-use properties. Ken was also vice president of leasing and development for a builder of suburban shopping centers.
