As the customer service manager in the BCL Equipment Leasing division William manages a team whose responsibilities include day to day operations of current accounts, financial recording, & structuring ways to help relief financial debt from clients, & bringing delinquent accounts into a good standing with BCL. William has streamlined new strategies to help maintain a positive lessor-lessee relationship.
William has over 15 years’ experience in business management. Previously managing over 120 employees, William is able to bring innovative strategies to our Equipment Leasing division. William’s previous experience as a business operator of a trucking company allows him to have great insight into the needs/wants of our clients.
